Mathew Rose, Occupational Therapist and Canadian Certified Life Care Planner is a duly qualified Registered Occupational Therapist in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario and l’Ordre des Ergothérapeutes du Quebec as well as a Canadian Certified Life Care Planner. He has been practicing as a Therapist since 2003 with over 20 years of experience, providing a full range of assessments and treatments for a variety of populations including paediatrics, orthopaedics, spinal cord and brain injuries, and chronic pain conditions. He also has a Diploma in Life Care Planning from the University of Florida and a Diploma from York University’s Osgoode Law School in Health Law and Policy.
An Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Toronto, Department of Occupational Therapy, Faculty of Medicine. He has post-graduate certifications from Arcon evaluations (Functional Capacity Evaluator), and Brock University’s Brain Injury Program. Mr. Rose has also been accepted as an expert witness at various levels of court (ONSC, WSIAT, VRAB, LAT, OHSTC, etc.). As part of his practice, Mr. Rose also provides assistance to individuals on ODSP in the greater Toronto area and return to work assistance counselling at pro-bono and pro-rata rates.
