Mathew Rose (Owner) O.T. (Reg.) ON, CLCP

Mr. Rose graduated from Dalhousie University with a degree in Occupational Therapy. He has post-graduate Diploma’s from the University of Florida in Life Care Planning and a Diploma in Health Law and Policy from Osgoode Law School at York University. He is a Canadian Certified Life Care Planner. He is also an Adjunct Lecturer with the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto.

Mr. Rose has been practicing as a therapist for 14 years. He has experience working with diverse practice populations ranging from paediatrics, orthopaedics, neurotrauma, and chronic pain. Regionally, Mr. Rose has experience working with litigious cases across Ontario, Quebec, Eastern Canada, United Kingdom, United States, and the Caribbean.

He has been involved in a diverse range of sectors involving disability including, Accident Benefits, WSIB, Product Liability, Tort, Veterans Affairs, Canada Pension Plan Disability, Family Law Disputes, etc.

Mr. Rose has been accepted as an Expert Witness at various levels of court (Federal, Provincial, and Tribunal).
